About GorGai
GorGai is a free, interactive tool for learning the Thai alphabet. It covers all 44 Thai consonants, 32 vowel forms, tone marks, and beginner vocabulary across multiple practice modes:
- Practice mode: trace Thai characters over a guide to build muscle memory
- Write mode: draw characters from memory using active recall
- Read mode: identify characters with flashcards to build recognition speed
- Words: read real Thai words broken down by syllable and character
- Tones: learn the 5 Thai tones and how consonant class determines tone
